Our Ethos
Income generated through the use of facilities like the Kilglass Hub, including the co-working office, meeting rooms, and event spaces, is structured to be inclusive and supportive of the community. A tiered pricing model is in place, ensuring that services are accessible to everyone. Those who can afford to pay higher rates effectively sponsor reduced rates for individuals and groups with limited financial means. This approach reflects the Council’s commitment to social equity, enabling disadvantaged or marginalised groups to access the facilities and services they need without financial barriers. All revenue, regardless of the rate paid, is reinvested into maintaining the Hub’s operations and expanding the organisation’s charitable activities. This ensures sustainability while fostering a sense of shared community responsibility and inclusivity.
